Not if its classified. Most likely the stuff in Maxwell's case for instance isn't classified, reading her deposition I would say most of the big stuff happened after she was no longer actively involved. (just my take at this point... I'm still going through her deposition)

You should see the process that has to happen if someone gets hurt at a place like Area 51 because technically the place does not exist. (its a very slow process)

Senate Majority Whip John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, told NBC's "Meet the Press" on Sunday that the Senate "will take a look" at the bill if it passes the House.

"If it passes the House, we'll see what it says," Barrasso said. "We all want accountability and transparency. But to me, this is not about truth. It's not about justice. This is about an attempt by the Democrats to make President Trump a lame-duck president. And I'm not going to aid and abet them in their efforts to do that."


Thirteen Republican senators, plus the 47 members of the Senate Democratic Caucus, would be needed to reach the 60-vote threshold to break a Senate filibuster to pass the bill.

Even if Trump signs the Epstein bill, the president's recently announced DOJ investigations into prominent Democrats' relationships with Epstein could affect which documents are released.

If its a government operation than to prosecute is nearly impossible without a full disclosure of the operation. We'll see what the Orange man does but it seems like a tough one to prosecute unless you are willing to let a bunch of people get executed on a global scale.

I am guessing the stuff in Maxwell's case isn't classified, although I haven't looked on the docket for clues. You have to understand, her own attorney would have to have clearance as well just to look at them. Although, the Court can unseal, the Court can't change the classification, so they wouldn't be released under any process by the Court.

I would be a little surprised if you get anything really new from the Maxwell documents.

Biden would be the fall guy for the dems because they don't want the list exposed to. If you're really dumb enough to believe that if Trump was on the list and the dems didn't release it then I'll let that stand on it's own. There's plenty to criticize Trump for. Him being tied to Epstein is just wishful thinking and just a prayer because you hate him. Again, answer my question, why didn't you make a big deal about the Epstein list when the your dem buddies, the ones you seem to love the diarrhea they spouse, were in power. kaboom!
