The Culinary Arts Thread

Anywho... got a tri-tip yesterday and was wondering what's the best way to prepare?
First of all for a proper answer ask in the proper thread.

It doesn't really matter just don't over cook it. Try something different like blacken and smoke it then serve it with a sauce. Au poivre, chimichurri, Sriracha mayo with lime juice. Or Slice it real thin and make killer sammiches.
