I could easily come up with a few things to cut healthcare cost down for the whole population which would be achievable maybe even 80% - matter of fact, a few letters from DOJ would probably do the trick. What I couldn't do is easily make sure your ATM card would work in the followup weeks.

We're pyramid schemes within pyramid schemes with cronyism on top and people think they are going to fix or reform something. All these bubbles exist to fuel the lie.

Which sucks. Everyone has (had? I don't know yet, it'll depend on how damn radical these parties get) a chance to strike gold but it's becoming harder and harder to do so, and some give up. Others are limited, with what you said, the environment around them, or conditions they were born with.
Both of the parties need to swallow their pride and just reopen it, so people won't go hungry. I teach kids who only get to eat at school now, thank God for free school food where I live at.
