as someone who has dropped 150lbs, and been around plenty of groups dealing with this very issue, I will call it out for the bs it is.You can take these medications indefinitely if need be. But the truth is when people look better, they naturally make more changes.

sure they get the liposuction, or stomach clamp, or this new drug. drop the weight, feel better, and start doing some things. circle back in a year or two, and most are right back at the lifestyle that made them gain weight. just this time they have something artificial keeping the weight off. not a real lifestyle change.

This. The surgery/drugs should be the catalyst to make change because you can see rapid progress. It helps because most people have f##k all for self discipline. IF you dont make lifestyle changes, you're hosed. I see two folks at work who got the lap band surgery. They are skinny, but skinny fat. They crush junk food all day till they can't.as someone who has dropped 150lbs, and been around plenty of groups dealing with this very issue, I will call it out for the bs it is.

You are picking fly specks out of pepper with that argument. It might be 'true', but it is insignificant. I certainly wouldn't want to try to sell it as a fitness program. That's not what you are saying, is it?
You mean the TrumpVax. I guess you forgot about Operation Warp Speed (Operation Warp Speed - Wikipedia)Exactly. After what they did with FauciVax I don't trust big pharma at all. Sometimes it's hard to even take an aspirin anymore.
I would be too if I was 500 lbs heading into a public gym. That's reallll easy to get flashbacks to grade school. It’s highly significant. By lowering your weight I can improve numerous other conditions, all of which make you more physically fit.
I’m not saying “do this instead of going to the gym”. I’m saying “do this and go to the gym”, but I also live in reality and realize many of my patients will not. Also many of them are too physically ashamed of their current body to go to the gym. I have one in particular who is over 500lbs.
Dude. Unless Trump gives his stamp of approval SpaceCoastVol is going to think its some Obama/Biden/Satan wizardry and be against it forever. He lives life through Trump vicariously. It’s highly significant. By lowering your weight I can improve numerous other conditions, all of which make you more physically fit.
