Not really answering your question but I love jump rope and do it at least twice a week.Update to my last post. I decided to join a boxing gym.
I'm having fun again and it's a great cardio workout.
Also gives me a reason to work my core and I've started to learn to jump rope better.
Does anyone have a good daily yoga or mobility routine they like?
I enjoy Yoga with Adrienne on youtube. Prefer the vinyasa or power type videos she does vs some of the flow/more meditative ones. Has tons of videos though so I’m sure it’ll have whatever your looking forUpdate to my last post. I decided to join a boxing gym.

@Orangeslice13 would probably be your best bet with a good yoga routine.
I’m a huge yoga fan. I go to yoga landing in Chattanooga as there are 4 instructors there that are just top notch. I’m a vinyasa flow and power guy. They also do on line classes for when you can’t get there……if you’re looking for someone to follow online. This guys is pretty good.
I have never heard of this trail. I enjoy hiking and now I am going to check into it.thinking about doing a section or through hike on the Benton MacKaye trail... anyone ever hike much of it? I hiked the 300 miles of the AT in TN/NC (Smokies to VA) but the BMT is interesting to me.
We did 8-day section hikes over 4 years at about 75-85 miles per section/year with the scouts. So about a month total for the 300 miles (probably more like 350 miles total).I have never heard of this trail. I enjoy hiking and now I am going to check into it.
How long did it take you to do the 300 miles on the AT? Did you do it by yourself?

Ya….sounds cool but I’m not doing that. LolWe did 8-day section hikes over 4 years at about 75-85 miles per section/year with the scouts. So about a month total for the 300 miles (probably more like 350 miles total).
The BMT is about 280 miles, goes from Springer through the Cohutta, Big Frog/Ocoee, Hiwassee at Reliance, Joyce Kilmer, Citico, Upper Bald River to the Smokies. I have hiked alot of those individually but they were linked up in 2005 when the BMT was "opened". Heaven for trout fishing.

I’d kill meselfRan a 50k trail race recently. I can’t explain why it was fun, but it was a lot of fun.
