So I’m in great shape for a guy who’s heart is beating like a straight 6 missing a spark plug wire.
Awesome. So does that mean you can get back to working out or do you have to have more tests done?
 
60 mins Orange Theory class yesterday. Probably one of the hardest classes I have taken. Ten mins straight of rowing got just under 2400 meters.

5k on the tread this morning. Legs are sore from Saturday and Sunday

December of 2024 I weighed 327 lbs. March 2026 I made my goal weight of under 250.Omad and a split of three hour long cardio sessions and three weight lifting sessions weekly definitely did the job. It’s funny what your mind can do both good and bad. Two years ago I decided to quit smokeless tobacco after 42 years of use. I’ve not had any nicotine in those two years and now loosing 80 lbs in over a year is crazy. I am thankful the good Lord blessed me with patience, determination and discipline. I could not have done either one without him and my beautiful wife.
