Tonight, we need to maul Oklahoma. Bye week will allow some guys to heal up. Then we maul New Mexico State with our second string, allowing first stringers to continue healing. Then we maul us some gators in the swamp. And finally, we maul Vandy and crush Diego's spirits because that dude is a nob.

Winning out is a big maybe...but it is not the only worry we have. Everybody is just assuming we are in if we win out...but I think if they get the chance, and we have a tie situation.. they will screw us over.

I just don’t see it McGill. If we win out I am pretty certain we get into the playoffs. Same reason bowl games fight over getting us. We travel and we bring eyeballs like almost nobody else. 👁️ bring $$$$$ which they LOVE more than anything. Just refer to the Disney/YTTV battle going on. It’s all about the $$$$$ and we bring $$$$$. I personally think winning out is going to be extremely hard but let’s just take care of Boomer tonight.

Louisville and Virginia have a loss. If they lose in the championship only one gets in the playoff. GT likely will lose to UGA. So they all have a loss. Whoever wins the ACC ship gets in. Rest are out.

Money is why regular bowl games would want us. I doubt the playoffs will have any trouble filling their stadiums and making that money no matter who they pick.

there were lots of stadiums that sat not completely full during last years playoffs. You think Notre Dame wants to watch memphis in the cold?

Virgina does have a loss, but it doesn’t count in conference as weird as it is. Apparently an OOC loss to a conference team. I doubt they punish them for losing a championship game. Like last year, they didn’t punish SMU. If you punish the loser of the game (unless they have 2 losses already entering the game) there’s no point in the championship game if itll just hurt you.

Anyways it’s an extreme long shot 3 make it, but I do expect 2 to make it

SMU was undefeated before the game. Way different. Many analysts have already said it’s one from big twelve and ACC u less Miami won out. Which they didn’t.

Big twelve had two 10-1 teams that played. Only the winner got in because the conference wasn’t viewed as good. Just like ACC this year.

And you’re asking how things are gonna go bc this new espn app won’t stay $30. My brother when I signed up for YTTV it was like $45/month. I was up $90/month when I cancelled.

TV isn’t something I want to think about or have to take some moral or social stand on. That’s for real life stuff. I’ll eat price increases (as I did) until it gets to the point I can’t turn on the tv and watch what I want. Then I’m paying for inconvenience and that’s just dumb. And that’s where we landed.

Wife and I are turning YTTV off as soon as F1 season is over. Screw all of em.
