Those are all fair points...and honestly, us and Ole Miss have been the only two teams that consistently moved the ball against your defense this season.Haha fair.
Venables and Smart both have solid reputations on the defensive side, but I think their approaches are different. Smart is less aggressive and wants to keep things in front of the defense. Venables is more exotic and brings more pressure. Smart wants to smother and Venables wants to blow up. Their schemes look different as a result.
OK has a better DL than UGA this year, and they have had more consistent LB play—though I think UGA has the best LB of the bunch in CJ Allen. Anybody in their front 7 might be coming on a given play, and almost anybody might be dropping. Coordinating blocking assignments (something yall did pretty well against UK, I thought) will be even more important.
I think you’ll get more cover-3 from OK. It looks like man against deep routes with a safety in the middle of the field, but UGA got burned in man enough on long, high-arc throws that I expect OK to leave a safety deep—the adjustment that led to one of the interceptions in your game against us.
With Heupel relying less on alignment and attacking the middle of the field more, you got fewer unique defensive alignments from UGA and will probably get the same from OK.
Just my $0.02.
From a points perspective, you’re right. But we couldn’t force a punt from Bama all night. I don’t think Bama’s offense is as good as Tennessee’s or Ole Miss’s, but it was good enough. Those are all fair points...and honestly, us and Ole Miss have been the only two teams that consistently moved the ball against your defense this season.
I didn't know that about ESPN+. I just read an article with statements from both sides. Ironically, Disney said Google "wants to use their power and extraordinary resources to eliminate competition..."This is how low-down Disney/ESPN is: even customers who pay extra for ESPN+ will be unable to stream live games during this carriage dispute. I know some don't seem to know who to blame in all of this. It's 100% Disney trying to push YouTubeTV customers-one of ESPN's largest subscriber bases-to ESPN's new stand-alone app, which if you do purchase, you would still need another streaming TV service to watch any games that aren't on ESPN!
Disney is the most corrupt company in the country and that's a high bar.

Only place I can find it is on YouTube. Anyone find it on a music source (Spotify / Pandora / Apple)? Reason is I have a Halloween tradition that I blast Halloween music thru the neighborhood I live in and I ahve to change speakers to use YouTube and they are not as loud. Crazy request but hoping someone will have a solution.I'm addicted to Spooky Rocky Top
Agree with the overall sentiment, but you really don’t need any other streaming services to watch games. All vols games will be on espn app. Most people can get fox/nbc/abc/cbs on a basic hd antenna. This is how low-down Disney/ESPN is: even customers who pay extra for ESPN+ will be unable to stream live games during this carriage dispute.
