Good horror?

Probably the scene that most haunted me as a kid was in the Salem's Lot TV miniseries where a vampire kid is floating outside of a 2nd story window. No idea why that one bothered me so much.

This one is funny, but I think there is a scene in Harry and the Hendersons where they are sitting around the living room at night and Harrys peaks through the window and scares every one. That sort of freaked me out as a 6 year old. For the longest time I was terrified I was gonna see a big foot standing outside my window, lol.

That movie was certainly scary but for a different reason. I kid, I liked it when I was younger too. Damn you John Lithgow!

Watched bring her back. Pretty good. Wouldn’t say it’s scary by any means but more of a psychological thriller.

Just watched. Very entertaining and clever.
Yep, me too. I'd call it more of a techno/psycho thriller with some horror/comedy layered in. If you let it the only truly "scary" part is that "So...what's this AI thing going to REALLY be like?" question. Megan and especially Ex Machina or Upgrade played the horror elements much straighter.

Weapons was great. Good mystery, some comedy sprinkled in, satisfying ending. I went in pretty much blind and had no idea it was going to take the direction it did. Where it fell short was the same as Bring her Back. I want more backstory on how it all came about.

This was a fun watch in a full theater.

The scariest scene for me was the Natzi zombie with the family scene in American Werewolf in London. I was 11 or 12 then. I wanted to get up and leave right then 😆
