That's what I get for trying to hold treatment needles and respond..I'll simplify for you.. political lawfare recently has been started by the left...the right doesn't GAF when it happens to leftists. Is that good, no but it is what it is.

I don't think it's a matter of simplifying it as it is typing things out in a legible and coherent manner. Just turn on autocorrect.

To your point, "it is what it is" is about as weak-minded a reaction as you can have here.

The idiot Sheriff pretty much destroyed any case in the interview by saying that he wouldn't have been arrested if he'd deleted the post.

I should try to be more Non-Partisan™ like yourself of course.

Autocorrect is on...anyway..I've never seen someone so desperate to prove thier intelligence by calling other people names...keep it classy and stay clean

This may actually help the case...as I posted earlier in the thread due the the counterman v Colorado that intent was a new standard..and his refusal to delete it will probably be used as proof of intent...

I stated I’d like to see the state’s side. Apparently that was unacceptable for me to say.

But based on what the sheriff said, I agree. I think he never should have been arrested and should be released immediately.

We also need massive reform in terms of the overall power of small town sheriff’s. Granted idk enough about the systems entirely to be the one recommending any specific reformations. I just know there’s a whole lot of POS who run small counties in TN and across the country
