Do you use text to speech or are you typing with your toes?

I genuinely can't understand what you're trying to say here.
That's what I get for trying to hold treatment needles and respond..I'll simplify for you.. political lawfare recently has been started by the left...the right doesn't GAF when it happens to leftists. Is that good, no but it is what it is.

I don't think it's a matter of simplifying it as it is typing things out in a legible and coherent manner. Just turn on autocorrect.

To your point, "it is what it is" is about as weak-minded a reaction as you can have here.

Again, the right is defending or largely silent on a thin skinned Trump loving sheriff shi**ing on the 1st and 8th amendment....

You can make an actual threat or hoax in that same county and get 1/100th of the bail....

You can actually get a 2nd degree murder charge and have a bail that is 1/10th of that amount...

Being a liberal troll isnt a crime. (Thankfully for you, lol)...

The idiot Sheriff pretty much destroyed any case in the interview by saying that he wouldn't have been arrested if he'd deleted the post.

I should try to be more Non-Partisan™ like yourself of course.

Autocorrect is on...anyway..I've never seen someone so desperate to prove thier intelligence by calling other people names...keep it classy and stay clean

This may actually help the case...as I posted earlier in the thread due the the counterman v Colorado that intent was a new standard..and his refusal to delete it will probably be used as proof of intent...

What name did I call you?

And sorry, bud. I'm calling ******** on autocorrect being on. It wouldn't let "thier" slip past it.

I think the silence you speak of is acceptance of the precedents set forth by previous is in lawfare... Is it right no... But the right didn't start the precedent in the courts

Not sure what you are trying to say but I think the silence is the right knows this case isnt the hill to die on.

This isnt precedent or lawfare; I think most of yall know this dont feel right....

Until this thread I hadn't heard about this case and I watch the local news almost every night.

He 'simplified' it a couple of posts later.

Basically, it's a convoluted "it is what it is" in desperate need of autocorrect.

I haven't seen anyone (here) defending the POS Sheriffs' actions.

I stated I’d like to see the state’s side. Apparently that was unacceptable for me to say.

But based on what the sheriff said, I agree. I think he never should have been arrested and should be released immediately.

We also need massive reform in terms of the overall power of small town sheriff’s. Granted idk enough about the systems entirely to be the one recommending any specific reformations. I just know there’s a whole lot of POS who run small counties in TN and across the country

You have a ton of silence. You have the "let's attack the source" (to be fair, it was slanted), you have people having "zero issues" with a 2 million dollar bond. You have trying to justify the arrest with a Supreme Court standard that clearly shouldnt be in play here.

You were the only person on the right that said "This aint right" without the standard tricks to minimize it...
am I back to being leftist?

I can never keep track.

Was anyone from the right ever arrested on such a bogus charge with bail set so high and confined so long?

This guy got 7 months.
Between September 2016 and November 2016, Mackey conspired with other influential Twitter users and with members of private online groups to use social media platforms, including Twitter, to disseminate fraudulent messages that encouraged supporters of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to “vote” via text message or social media which was legally invalid.
