I’d probably agree with that. I don’t think he should be found guilty of any crime from what little I’ve been able to find on the internet about the case. Granted I’m mainly seeing his side.

But I think they were right to send someone out

Of course the die hard Trumper would have zero issue with a 2 million dollar bail and tossing the 8th amendment aside....

Huff is convinced in the Israel thread that there’s a conspiracy because people have been planning what to do with Gaza since the war started. He was literally shocked that people would be planning this for 2 years.

Yes. They have a hearing to dispute that. I think depending on the investigation findings, they should possibly drop the charges all together. But I also don’t know the findings. They’ll have a chance to present that at the court date.

Dude got arrested 6 weeks ago and does not have another hearing until December.

Again, an investigation is fine. 3 months in jail as a result of a 2 million dollar bail for this appears absurd....

People with criminal histories and second degree murder charges get a fraction of this...

Based on what we know, I agree. Like I said, I think they were right to investigate. If they haven’t found anything, they should probably drop the charges.

Also, I support harsher sentences for both groups you named so idk why that’s relevant

You can make an actual threat or hoax in that same county and get 1/100th of the bail....

You can actually get a 2nd degree murder charge and have a bail that is 1/10th of that amount...

You have a ton of silence. You have the "let's attack the source" (to be fair, it was slanted), you have people having "zero issues" with a 2 million dollar bond. You have trying to justify the arrest with a Supreme Court standard that clearly shouldnt be in play here.

You were the only person on the right that said "This aint right" without the standard tricks to minimize it...

To be honest, I saw the name and did not know who it is/was. I then saw the person who originally made the post and gave zero time and effort afterwards.

I think the silence you speak of is acceptance of the precedents set forth by previous is in lawfare... Is it right no... But the right didn't start the precedent in the courts
