I don't have addresses or phone numbers, sorry. But in countries there with Muslims. Those societies historically have had a lot more tolerance for transsexual and gay people than the West has had.
I think he was wanting countries like Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, etc. Why even respond if you were just going to give that type of answer?

Because he knows the area and should know what countries in South and Southeast Asia have Muslim populations.

It just struck me how tragic “free child care” would be due to how it would be administered. Child care centers or Ministries of indoctrination?

Give me an example of a Muslim country in southeast Asia. I've spent a lot of time in that part of the world, and I'm pretty sure it isn't tolerated in the southern Philippines (Mindinao), doubtful it is tolerated in Indonesia or Malaysia, but your experience must be different. I'm just asking where you have seen the tolerance you allege

You made the statement that it is tolerated in moslem countries. Name one. If you are using Thailand as an example that's a weak argument because they are predominantly Buddhist. Yeah moslems live there, but they are far from any majority.

Myanmar
Whoops, no they ain't. My bad.
I suppose that just proves your point.

He said not only tolerated but a lot more tolerated than the West.

Indonesia and Malaysia are the only ones that I can think of that have large moslem populations. While it might be 'tolerated', that is nowhere near being celebrated openly. But I was asking for him to source his contention.

And I'm not convinced it is tolerated there

Not playing your games in providing facts and you dismissing them as bias. You made the outlandish statement so prove it if you must, because I and the majority in this forum know you are wrong.
Did you provide facts which I dismissed as bias? No. Did you provide facts to dispute my assertion? No.
It's not at all an outlandish statement. Look at how society in those areas has historically treated those folks compared to the US. There it's more of a 'yeah some turn out like that' than our going from a hysterical 'they're satan, shun them' to a hysterical 'they're the best, put them on a pedestal'.

There's Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, significant populations in Singapore, Philippines, Myanmar and Thailand, and Cham people in Cambodia and Vietnam. I know it was and to an large extent still is tolerated in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia because I've lived in the region for years. When I moved there, the region was much more tolerant than East Tennessee, SWVa, or DC Metro while today it's less so, and that's because of the shift in the US and a Saudi funded more conservative mindset in SEA. In Indonesia the mayor of Jakarta used to crown the winner of a 'prettiest trans' contest and the Bugis have a class of priests made up of trans.

Can’t push off buildings if you have fetish for ladyboys.

Socialism is not slavery in the same way capitalism is not slavery. Slavery can exist under socialism just as it can exist under capitalism. People can enjoy a high degree of personal freedom under socialism just as they can under capitalism too.
There is no freedom when you are dependent on a ruler for your survival.
