I have a feeling that we are going to see these contracts move away from expensive buyouts and coaches just having higher annual salaries. This is not sustainable.

Yes. Guaranteed annual salaries. Like take Franklin or Kelly for example. They should get paid double their annual number with no buyout. They get paid majorly while likely getting another job and the schools aren’t paying massive buyouts to fire and hire coaches.there’s got to be something put in place where if you stink they can let you go with cause so you get nothing.
And yes something other than conduct detrimental to the program or university
