Weather ain’t cooperating for a ride. Did 50 squats and a few lunges while watching some morning news.

Edit: I got drawn into a couple of news stories and lost count of the lunges. Stopped when the kittens “attacked” my feet.
 
59, don’t use weights except for a 25# plate for crunches. All pull ups, pushups and squats. Not many reps. 3 pushups might take a minute and a half
