No Kings

MAGA is embroiled in cancel culture too bro. More so than the left ever was.
This is my contention when this comes up. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, be it physics, economics or politics. The cancel culture and all the other garbage the left cultivated in the four years of Biden/Harris has set off a pendulum swing the other direction now that Republicans are in charge with massive momentum. It was bound to. And when the left wins back the Oval Office, House and Senate down the road, don’t be standing in the path of that pendulum coming back the other way. It’s going to go much further and faster the other direction than before….to the detriment of all of us each time this happens.

Unless they detach themselves from the insane that have taken over, how is that going to work? A new party?

The existence of parties right now are down to a national ballot but that part is important which is why Trump went on the R ticket, but he had to basically destroy the people running the R party to get there.

I agree in part, but there is no pendulum remaining, the insane went off the deep end.

How is what going to work? Sure there is a pendulum. Just stated how there is. I’m just saying with each changing of the guard in the executive and judicial branch, you will see each party push their agenda further left or right. And no, I don’t see any new party on the horizon with enough influence to push things to the center.

The problem is, they have basically destroyed one side. I generally agree with you though. The problem is these people took over and went off the deep end.

Thank you. It's refreshing to know there are at least a few of us (sadly, very few) not beholden to any politician or party so we can see the forest for the trees. It's been rare for quite a while now (since at least the mid '00's), but these days it's like finding hens teeth.

Kirk made a gun gesture with her fingers and pointed it at her neck in response to a counter-protestor displaying a flag calling Kirk a “hero.”

I wonder about the intelligence of those who go to public protests to act this way.

A couple of years ago, I was walking from our hotel to Desi Vega in New Orleans. The restaurant is adjacent to a small park. There was a Palestine protest rally. I just strolled by. Didn't even consider showing my classless side.

WATCH: 'No Kings' Protester Steps Up To Mic And Calls For ICE Agents To Be 'shot,' 'wiped out'

A man was captured on video calling for federal immigration agents to be shot while he spoke at a "No Kings" rally in Chicago in a message that quickly went viral on social media, resulting in calls for him to be fired and investigated.

"You gotta grab a gun, we gotta turn around the guns on this fascist system," the "No Kings" protester said in a video originally posted by GrayStak Media CEO Christopher Sweat.

"These ICE agents gotta get shot and wiped out. The same machinery that’s on full display right there has to get wiped out."

That's an impressive leap. Please review our convo and observe you have asked about both chronic and non life threatening conditions.

Hard enough to discuss in good faith when genuine. I find what you did here to be really disingenuous. May not be intentional on your part.
My apologies, I see it now. The charity solution is for just non-life threatening conditions.

Just to address all of these "Trump 2028" promoters ....

If Donald Trump is eligible to seek a 3rd term, just because the 3 terms wouldn't all have been served consecutively to each other, wouldn't that make Barack Obama eligible to run again as well?

And is Barack Obama vs an 82 year old Donald Trump in 2028 something Republicans would really want? There is no question that there is a void of leadership in the Democratic Party right now, but Obama has been the only Democrat capable of energizing and uniting the party over the last 25 years. Would it be smart to risk making him eligible again?

Running against Obama again would be a much tougher proposition than running against literally anyone else that the Democrats have. For the record, I don't think the Supreme Court would rule in favor of Trump seeking a 3rd term in office, so this is all likely moot. I only bring it up because I don't think that Republicans have considered how this might help Democrats as well.
