Eat right, Run..bike..work out..swim..yoga..and die anyway. What’s your health and workout plan

This may sound like a dumb question, but anyone have advice on learning to enjoy doing legs? I'm tall-ish and lean, and I've always hated squats, DL, etc. I wish I had a nice leg press rack, but I'm really out of room to add one in the gym. I do cycle and ruck now, but those aren't really going to build muscle mass, I don't think.
I am not sure anyone truly enjoys working legs 😄 I have found that doing leg lifts with DB's is a way that works for me. Its more high reps so it probably won't build much mass but will help get stronger.

I just use my squats as a way to push myself. I dont enjoy them while doing them but I enjoy the feeling after pushing through them because I know I pushed myself to do something hard.

I honestly felt like it was going to be slow. I started out way faster than I normally do and miles 6-9 were a struggle. The last two miles were a gut check
If I’m going to run a decent pace I have to get out fast and set the pace. I don’t appear to have the ability to pick it up after the first mile

I prefer for the first half of my run ti be slower than the second half and depending on distance I like the last mile to mile and half to be the fastest

I hear the four bridges is a really hard marathon.. congrats on completing it!!
All the races this weekend (full, half, 10k,) go along some part of the Chattanooga Riverwalk. I think the 5k does as well. There are ups and down, especially the South Chickamauga Creek Greenway section of the full. But, it is very well supported on the aid stations and organized. Definitely a family favorite.

I ran there river walk Saturday from Boathouse to the Dam and back.

The South Chick trail can be treacherous if it’s rained cause those boards have moss and stuff on them

Yes, they can be slick. I skidded on the boards at the practice football field in the way back to the finish. Tightened up my legs big time. Knew I was close and just nursed them to the finish.
