I may be looking at this all wrong, but wouldn’t that mean that Vegas would make more money if Tennessee covers if the larger amount of money has been spent on Alabama?

I’m not sure. I guess maybe they bumped the spread up to try to get more money on TN to cover to even out the money. Guess that would mean Vegas isn’t sure how this game goes as far as covering the spread.

I've thought a lot about this game like many of you. I have thrown myself into volunteer work this weekend in an effort to gain as much good Karma as one can, but also maybe not to live just for this game because it can feel like that as a fan.

Winning to me starts with whichever team can maintain composure in the moment. There will be mistakes, but who regroups? Which team can deliver in the clutch? I like our experience doing it the wrong way the last few weeks just to prove to the team we can win even when we aren't perfect. We do have to clean those mistakes up though.

There is so much $ coming into the sport that funding an "officiating university" would be a blip on the budget radar.

Every ref must complete at least a 6 month course and be certified. They should have to ref a certain amount of games at lower levels before moving to P4. They should be held accountable at weekly press conferences for each game they officiate.

Two points that give me hope and I will shut up and listen.

Kirby held Alabama to 21 points and no scores in second half, he could not change his D to stop Tennessee in second Half and he is supposed to be the God of D.

Tennessee scored 21 in first half and 17 in second half. Alabama scored 24 total all in first half Against Georgia.

This game is winnable. Just go do it. GBO

You will hear them talk about Bama’s offense this and that and then passingly mention we have the #1 offense. Or they’ll talk about Bama’s three headed monster at receiver and then not mention our top 3 are ranked higher than their top receiver this year. They’ll talk about Simpson like he’s the best qb to ever grace the field and not mention other than td’s, Joey tops him in all categories. Exact same with my youngest daughter back in 95...except when that stuff started happening I suddenly had a horrible deeply instinctual feeling that something was extremely wrong, but the doc was not super concerned and said we should wait a little longer. I yelled at him that if he didn't do a C-section right then that our baby was going to die and I would hold him personally responsible...his eyes got real wide but he said ok calm down, we will go ahead and call it, and they started the procedure, it was the same thing, the cord was wrapped and he told me later that if they had waited the few more minutes she would have died.

As it was, they had to work with her a little to get her breathing.

Some doctors deserved to be punched in the face but at the same time I respect the ones who are honest with a solution wether that be second opinions or financial aid info.
