To be fair that’s only because sacks count against his rushing. Simpson can move and seems like our fanbase is discounting that.

We need Boo to come through in a disguised blitz and light his ass on fire at least once early. Get him rattled and 2nd guessing his blindside and the thought of running at all.

I just posted this in the basketball forum. If Kentucky's roster cost 22 million, they are seriously overpaying those guys to play there! I don't believe it. You mean our roster with Ament, Gillespie, ect. is costing us less than Kentucky is paying for theirs? I just don't buy it. They are stupid if they are paying 22 million for that roster. Oweh is their best player and then who? A guy who won't be healthy to start the year because of ACL surgery? It seems like they are worse than they were last year after what they lost.

Not taking anything from Simpson, he's playing well...can move, too. I was speaking to McElroy; and, even if im taking nothing away from Simpson's game, the numbers are still the same.

Yes, OLine a HUGE factor. But, Bama's OLine was suppose to be the best in the country, and ours supposedly sucks?? At least...that's what I was told.

Id say drop to a healthy lower range of your max dumbbell bench. Say 50, 45, or 40 in 12-15 high intensity, high rep range.

Maybe even move to a negative rep on last set.

One of my favorite exercises is dumbbell fly when sore

Just make sure you grunt really loudly, then slam your weights. Lean against the glass like you just deadlifted 500.
