Israel has publicly stated it wants to eradicate Hamas not all Palestinians, big difference. Now if you or anyone else wants to state that Israel’s goal for Hamas is “genocide” then yeah I’ll agree with that wholeheartedly, but not all Palestinians.

Almost every leader of every country that’s gone to war has had an arrest warrant issued for them. Bush had one and I think Trump now has a few himself if I’m not mistaken.

especially when the reality is Israel has destroyed what they wanted, which at the very least in the fog of war sense, includes more than strictly Hamas and their shields. and given various actions by the israeli military against civilians I would say it goes beyond fog of war collateral damage. There have been multiple times Israel has bombed refugee camps they established as "safe zones"; and other cases of them creating a "safe zone" and then hitting that area too.

Its been a while since I checked, but I am pretty sure more palestinians have died due to lack of aid and basics than military action. It also doesn't make it less genocidal if only some of the genocide is due to violence, while the rest is due to willful neglect and denial of basic needs.

Israel also set up machine guns at food aid dispersion centers killing starving men women and children. Somebody should pay a price for murder
