I think he’s referring to the assistants for the most part. I get what he’s saying, but the same time it’s just part of it as a coach, and just something the families have to understand

How many playoff appearances does he have compared to CJH? I wouldn't say he's a better coach compared to Heupel. He has had ample resources every single stop he has made, yet hasn't really proven anything as s head coach.

No one has been fired but Franklin. Those assistants are on good contracts too and anyone fired with years remaining will be due the total value of the deal. I'm not telling you not to feel sorry for those guys, I'm just explaining why I do not.

Know what real life is? Very few friends are friends for life. There might be one or two people those kids are going to continue to keep in contact with and would have even if they didnt end up moving. Dude got paid 57 mil today. He and his family will be fine. The other coaches will find other jobs. People lose jobs and move all the time. Get over it.
