Yep. Green is not the type of QB that you can go conservative on. Have to stay on him constantly. He is really good, maybe the best in the SEC. Josh does that from time to time and it could have cost him yesterday. Fortunately had a big enough lead and made enough plays in the last drive to run out the clock.I was right. The late touchdowns made it look closer than it was.
I did bet the Hogs to cover and told you and others for 14 days this would be a close game. You wouldn't listen. Here's the win probability charts during the game: Tennessee 34-31 Arkansas (Oct 11, 2025) Final Score - ESPN
After we went up 17 our win probability was as high as 99.8%. So yeah the game was in-hand by every reasonable indicator. But hey if you think 17 point leads in the 4th quarter are easily overcome then you need to start betting on sports cause you would make a killing given how insane the odds are. During the Florida/A&M game I saw odds of +15000 if you thought Florida was gonna overcome their 17 point deficit.
Here's the final score if you missed it. We won by 3. Tennessee 34-31 Arkansas (Oct 11, 2025) Box Score - ESPNI was right. The late touchdowns made it look closer than it was.

Those "garbage TDs" came against our 1st string defense, BTW.
I'm not mad in the least. I'm simply bringing receipts - you just won't admit you were wrong.
We'll agree to disagree. Not a single person on this board thought the game was well in hand at any point. 95% assumed we'd win by five TDs, including you.The thing about sports is you can win or lose bets without actually being right or wrong on the game. A game can go as you predict and some dumb back door cover can happen. My counter to you wasn't that I was right. But that this isn't the sort of game to start chest thumping that you were right cause you were looking very wrong early in the 4th quarter.
When you need 2 late TDs to cover a line it usually isn't a sign you knew how the game would turn out.
It was in hand at 34 to 17 in the 4th quarter. Unfortunately the coaches took their foot of the gas on offense and got away from what they were doing successfully on defense in the third quarter. Can’t do that against a QB as good as Talen Green. Hoping Josh learned a lesson from that but I’m not counting on it.I for one thought it was in hand. At some point
