The theory is that because we continue to fake injuries after touchdowns the refs are not going to give us good calls. When it’s this bad at home I tend to think that Heupel needs to drop it. Stop faking the extra point injuries and try to get a decent whistle when it matters.
If that's what's happening, then stop providing security.

To quote Sean Connery in The Untouchables, "they send one of yours to the hosvital, you send one of theirs to the morgue."

Lewis at goal line, Star in the field and a dash of Morris here and there.
I haven't been impressed with Star since we started conference play. Outside of that 27 yard run late in the UGA game he has been a non-factor in the run game.

I hope he steps up his play bc he will get plenty of opportunities with Bishop possibly missing time.

I don't think Bishop will miss any time, especially with Bama coming up.

I don’t see Heupel changing it up. He doesn’t change how he manages late game leads, I doubt he’s going to stop doing the fake injury thing. Although, assuming that theory is true (which feels far fetched), seems extremely silly for THAT to be the thing that collectively pisses off all officials.

He’s exploiting a loophole that they’ve tried to close this year. They must be aware of what he’s doing it was even mentioned in the broadcast today. I don’t think they intentionally call a game against him specifically but why take the chance? Rather than doing it on every score we should do it situationally.
