Woke up and chose violence this morning

Four total rounds with a 20lb weighted vest
2 min run
5 burpees
10 push ups
205lb bent over row 6 reps
Landmine shoulder press 8 reps
40 DB shoulder press 8 reps
30 sec v sit
30 sec plank

Finisher was 2 min all out on the tread and 80 weighted pike sit ups

My boys and I rode our bikes through Cades Cove this summer. It was such a nice ride. They were mowing some of the fields so we didn't get to see any bears but we did see a few deer and some turkeys
We rode the Townsend pathway the other day. What a great town. You can go everywhere by bike. Staying in a cabin over there next time

I want to look into that next time I go as well. We stayed in a cabin that was off the same road as Dollywood and it was nice and quiet at the cabin but the traffic getting past Dollywood was kind of annoying.
