Medical industry scam, lack of criminal prosecutions for clear violations of anti-trust law could have been a solution. Not to dissimilar to what I pointed out with the NCAA about 12+ years ago here. Realistically, this will probably just eventually all collapse.

If I am going to pay for your health care, I need to have some say as to your lifestyle choices. No tatts, no drinking, certainly no drug use and lose some ****ing weight. My responsibility or forced "charity" does not alleviate you of taking personal responsibility for YOUR health. You have to stop all that stuff and take reasonable care of yourself.

wait, this means you gonna pay my healthcare now? i got insurance thru work but could use a bit of help here and there.

I don't go to the doctor much but think you could spot me half a stack for my dentist? my hygienest says i do great at homecare, just got this tooth thats brittle cuz of an old root canal my dentist keeps tryin to talk me into gettin a crown on

We are talking about the American taxpayer that will be supporting those that are taking from the system. We should have some say in their choices. You want to smoke 4 packs/day, we shouldn't have to spend millions on your cancer treatments. Sorry.

And if it was only .13 (whatever that number represents) why is all this so expensive?

So, where did Jesus say that it's the Christian's duty to support government "provided" healthcare?

Are you a Christian? Are you familiar with his teachings?

Jesus taught His followers to take personal responsibility and action out of love for others.--not to blindly advocate for giving their resources and responsibilities to secular governments so that they could do it in their place.

This pattern of liberals trying to guilt and browbeat Christians by twisting scripture would be hilarious if it wasn't so pitiful
