Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

The entire OL needs to be benched before Arch and I don’t think Arch has been good
He has looked bad in all his games except against sam houston. The o-line isnt the primary reason manning isnt good. They cant run the ball, so they put the responsibility on his shoulders. All of that responsibility exacerbate his flaws. The entire (excluding moore) 2023 quarterback class was vastly overrated.IMG_7122.png

You had the most touted recruit in quite some time sit for two years to supposedly learn the system, only to look as if he’s gotten worse with each game and not better. You’ve spent upwards of $20+ million on a roster only to do nothing with it. You made one of the worst Florida teams in recent memory look like the Urban Meyer teams of old. And if I’m correct, he’s 2-2 against their fiercest rival, Oklahoma.

TX fans are not going to accept him trotting out there and getting manhandled by OU given what this team was supposed to accomplish this year. If he loses, he is most definitely going to feel a hotter seat than he has been.
On top of that, TX looked poorly coached in every phase of the game coming off a bye week. Seat deserves some flames.

Titans had an NFL record injuries back to back years had the #1 AFC spot with Henry missing 9 games went 6-3 yet somehow it’s Mike Vrabel’s fault the GM can’t hit on any draft pick. I hope he comes to Nashville in a few weeks and beats the living **** out of the Titans. Such a stupid organization
He hired Todd fkn Downing and let him ruin the offense. Beyond ignorant to hire that bum and never admit fault for it

The glaze is insane lmfao

I agree with everything except there's no way I'd ever root against my team.

Firing Vrabel was proof that our ownership has no mfing earthly idea what tf they are doing and I lost all hope on that day. The amount of Titans fans that think it was smart to fire him.....pure RAGE.

Yeah its so easy to get a 1 seed with RYAN TANNEHILL....ON THE MOST INJURED TEAM IN NFL HISTORY. Yeah one bad year and fire his a**.
7-10 then 6-11 back to back years. Know why they sucked those two years? Because he hired his good ole buddy Todd Downing to ruin the offense

Wife has my family going to the Great Wolf Lodge in Concord tomorrow for Fall Break. Any good food around Concord or Charlotte that is family friendly?
I lived off Providence Rd for a few years southwest of Matthew’s area. Wasn’t really up in Concord much besides driving through to go north, but I know Duckworths Tap & Grill is good.

And what's funny is that coming into the season, media and commentators alike bragged about how good Texas OL would be this year.
The talking heads never learned that past performance doesn't guarantee future results and potentionial is not equate to results. All the pre and early season predictions are made on the past and potential and are virtually useless Last year our dbs were gonna suck, wrong. This year our o-line was gonna suck, wrong. Conventional wisdom rarely pans out when the results are in.
Most of the experts are just repeating what they have heard or trying to come up with a hot take for clicks and attention. They are reporters not ball knowers.

Texas may not score in that game...Okies defense is legit brutal...especially along the front...Arch may really get broken playinh behind that garbage OL in this game.

If Mateer ain't playing I would think a 10-6 type of game unless Okies defense scores some..which is entirely possible.
