It's already a penalty to grab anywhere inside the helmet or obviously the facemask.

The solution to this is to strap the helmet on tight like it's supposed to be. Or live with the consequences like this I guess.

I should have said High major to include those schools. He played in one of the lowest classifications in Louisiana. His last game, he threw for 96 yds on 8-21 passing with 2 ints and 1 fumble as his team lost 49-13 in the quarterfinals. He also turned down an invitation to compete in the elite 11 camp.
