Aguilar was 2 years old. What’d you expect? What happened 20 years ago has absolutely no effect on these teams this year. That’s just an angle TV people play up to build hype.

I agree, would be shocked if we won at either place. Most realistic fans feel the same way.

We’re better than Texas and the only team that has really stopped us is ourselves. I should be shocked to win in 1 of those 2 places, but I wasnt impressed w/ Bama today and who knows where the Gators season is the week before Thanksgiving. I think we can at least split

Yep. But fear not, as 3/4 of the posters here will confidently predict a 30 point win for the Vols at each of those locations the week of the games, then accuse you of being a chicken little/troll/Bama/Florida fan (take your pick) when you’re proven right.

We can win but our D will have to get stops and turnovers. We will be playing well if we get over 24-27 points. Not a critique, they are just good.

As many times as Ive heard the "early polls don't matter" is proof that they do matter or people wouldn't be making such a big deal about telling everybody how much they dont matter.
