Official Gramps' Memorial Eternal OT Thread

The Bill Belichick experiment starting out of the blocks like a herd of turtles.

3 of their 4 losses are by 30 or more points according to ABC guys.

Booger said " Dabo could have scored 70...he put on the brakes. They just have different athletes at Clemson".

We beat the FOOL out of Clemson just a couple years ago when they had higher ranked recruiting classes than they have now. We dominated BOTH lines of scrimmage. I remember the after game thread showing all their fans crying about how they got pushed around and bullied. "It looks like men against boys" was a common opinion by their fans. Whats crazy is we lost a high 4* Olineman Shabazz AND a 4* TE both flipped to Carolina after being committed to us this year. Must have been WAY more money or promised early playing time. Wonder if they regret those choices now? We don't need either of them in the 26 class...

UCF just had 3 consecutive tries from the 1 yard line on 2nd 3rd and 4th down...down by 7 points with 2mins to play vs Kansas.

They lined up in shotgun/pistol all 3 times. So stupid. Now that offensive players and linemen are allowed to push ballcrarriers upfield like in the NFL...1yd should be nearly automatic. Start under center with wildcat or your regular QB...put a couple big guys in the backfield to immediately push the ballcarrier across the goal line. The "tush push" is THE go-to short yardage play in the NFL for a reason. It works.

UCF did just hold them to 3 and out...so UCF has the ball again now with 88secs and the ball at midfield to try again..

It's drives me crazy when teams line up in shotgun on 4th and 1. I yell every time CJH does it

It’s ridiculously moronic! Why put yourself at a 3 and a half yard disadvantage before you even snap the ball? Every time I see a team get drilled in the backfield doing that I just say “you deserve that shat”.

UCLAs new offensive coordinator/playcaller only had 2 days to practice and prepare for Penn St. They hung 42 points on them...and PSU defensive coordinator might be the highest paid in the nation at ~$3M per year. Absolutely scorched them in regulation with inferior athletes. The new guy calling plays forgot to pull his headset down before calling plays a couple times including a pivotal 4th and 1 play late and Nico had to improvise. It worked 😆

PSU offense has 2 RBs that will play NFL ball. Both may be gone this year. Their RBs only ran for 15yards. Their QB ran for more yards than them. This was an abysmal coaching job by Franklins staff.

**also Pavia apparently got into an altercation with Bama fans who were heckling him after the game. When you talk unprecedented amounts of trash as an SEC QB...expect to hear about it when you not only lose but fumble the ball away AND throw a pick BOTH inside the Bama 10yd line. I hope if any UT QB ever talks as much trash as him that the rest of the team shuts his mouth for him. Going on national TV and saying that " if we execute then this game won't be close" at Bama is just stupid.
