One of the main reasons I don't see this happening is outside of Tennessee not a lot of people like Tony. I was at the CWS and was amazed at the amount of hate the LSU fans had for him, he is living rent free in their heads. Just don't see that translating to a national platform.

I think most people get that through improvements and success, prices go up.

No reason to shut it down as it’s great for recruiting and exposure that a college coach is even mentioned as a candidate for a MLB job especially the likes of Giants and Braves. CTV can handle letting the recruits know that he’s committed to UT but the exposure is priceless. It’s elevating the brand even more.
