Had a Wilson duke replica i used to play flag football with. Not the official $150 duke but still it was a $45 dollar ball years ago. Left it at the complex one night and it was gone forever. Still think about it and despair sometimes.
I feel you. I got a Wilson Football I bought when my first son was born. That was 2003 and I still got it. They ae the best

I don't doubt you and haven't touched a football in years but superior in what way? Easier to grip? Better flight dynamics? Spins better? Better in cold weather?
Better grip, much easier to throw. And they last longer. As a former hs coach on a limited budget this was very important.

This board discusses everything. I love it.

***After posting, I realized dime football and added as dime may not be the same thing. ***

I just learned about "dime" footballs recently. Footballs traditionally get worked over before being used. Roughing, mudding, etc. It takes considerable effort to get the "feel" right and some of those techniques are washed off during rainy games. The dime football is created to not need the work over. They spent a lot of time getting the syn skin, texture, stitching and laces right. Created by a former NFL QB.

Thats super cool. Available only in size9 which is HS/college. NFL balls are bigger around and harder to throw unless you have huge hands. Kinda like MLB using wooden bats to make it harder than college or HS.
