If they have a rap sheet a mile long with a history of violent crimes I'm fine with keeping them locked up. Remember many of those crimes have already been reduced to lesser violations anyway. If you've been arrested 35 times and have 8 violent convictions on your record you've proven you cannot behave properly in society with the rest of us.......... I can't think of a reason to keep letting them victimize people.For nonviolent offenses? No, people shouldn't be jailed indefinitely for those.
