Black homicide rate is around 20 per 100k
White rate is around 2 per 100k

Black Americans are less likely to be able to legally own a gun due to increased felony rates. Are significantly more likely to be charged under any specific gun laws.

And yet their homicide rates are still significantly higher.

Some of the states/cities with the strictest gun laws have the highest homicide rates. Meanwhile some of the states with the fewest gun laws (right to carry states for example like New Hampshire) have some of the lowest homicide rates.

The problem isn’t guns nor a lack of gun laws. It’s a pathetic joke to claim otherwise.

In summary, most everyday people share more common interests than differences.

Political and economic elites have long recognized that division is a tool of control. By framing politics as a perpetual left-versus-right struggle, they divert attention from shared economic challenges of the working majority.

While we debate and fight over issues ultra wealthy hype up, elites quietly consolidate wealth and influence, ensuring the system of inequality remains unchallenged.

Without the civil rights movement, blacks would still be sitting in the back of the bus, eating in a secluded area, going to different bathrooms, going to different schools and not having a vote. Your lack of ignorance comes from a lack of understanding the nuance within the context. Which Civil Rights activists made those comments? We're you even around in the 1960s? There are still many blacks alive who had to sit in the back of the bus, eat at a different table and drink from a different water fountain.

How does it benefit economic elites to foment division?

You’re intentionally misunderstanding the argument. He did not say he opposed black people sitting in the front of the bus nor using the same bathroom. Once again it seems you prefer ignorance here. It doesn’t seem like you’ve even attempted to see what he was saying. I provided you two common examples people list as harming the black community post civil rights movement

Malcolm X would be the most obvious example.

You asked if I were even alive in the 60s. I wasn’t, but I assume you made that statement because you were. If so, I would hope a man of your age would have matured enough to actually understand a nuanced argument rather than making these emotionally charged and disingenuous arguments based on statements you first intentionally took out of context and then intentionally seemed to misunderstand.
