Turkish getups, I forget about them. That’ll be a nice additionFor decades, I've been more of a fan of full body workouts. I pretty much do a slightly altered Pavel RKC. Mainly:
Kettlebell cleans/overhead presses
pulls of some type like bent over rows, etc
kettlebell swings or front squats
Once a week, I work snatches in. That's M/W/F.
On "off" days, I do Turkish Getups, kettlebell stairs, etc...
None of the above ever to failure.
Those sound solid. My Atlanta bud said he's got something up his sleeve and is to fill us in tomorrow. I'll keep ya posted. You might also look into painted pin or painted duck. Upscale bowling/gaming experience with tvs.
Ormsbys also a good game oriented place with tvs. And not a long walk from northside tavern (dive bar with live music and pool tables).
Garage sounds like a whole lot of free though!I have my workout area in the garage. Suits my workout preference. I remember when ETSU built the CPA and we could still go down to the gym below old Basketball Court. No AC, just benches and weights. I preferred that. Fans blew in but that was it. And that's what you needed. Miss that shithole. My garage is now my shithole.
Man I’m telling ya. I cut out all caffeine besides when doing projects for house, I’ll have a Yerba Matte midday. You are insane. Lol
I would give up food before I would give up my pre workout lol
I have to admit, I feel somewhat bad for the guy in that he clearly is a spineless goober when it comes to his family...Just got through the episode on Netflix of Arky beating us lol. Nico sucks nuts![]()
I'm thinking he'll be a solid standalone player as a 2nd year starter vs the B1G slow. But I can't see the talent around him helping much. Even moreso his defense.I have to admit, I feel somewhat bad for the guy in that he clearly is a spineless goober when it comes to his family...
...but it's going to feel cathartic when the nation figures out that he is actually ass when he stinks up the place at UCLA
