I do intermittent fasting, dinner and occasional ensalada. Ive dropped 18.4 lbs since late Apr early May. Its dedication to more of a South Beach/ hybrid high protein diet.
Surprisingly im still not at my goal. I always tell skinny people trying to gain muscle, that sometimes - folks who add muscle stop - the atrophy product isnt always healthy.
Skinny people, it may not look cool when youre young. But, metabolisms slow way down. Your skinniness will pay off
Skinny people so be careful what you add, esp the folks at the cross trainings.
