I don't think Collinsworth watched much of Hendon at UT. Hendon read defenses and predicted throws better than any QB we've had so far. And if it were such an easy-peasy system then Joe and Nico should've easily thrived in it but they didn't (of course, then maybe that's an indication of the quality of WRs since Hyatt and Tillman left).

Point is, if Hendon is struggling to adjust to the Lion's offense that's not because he played at TN and TN is NOT the only college team who spreads it out and simplifies the offensive reads. It also sure as heck doesn't mean other TN QBs won't be able to make that adjustment. It just means the NFL is hard as heck.

Results? There were decades of commercial flights before the TSA even existed. Do you honestly feel safer now, knowing they only succeed in spite of themselves? Out of all the modern examples of government ineptitude, the TSA might be the most blatant.

And to your other point, the CIA had knowledge of the very conspirators who carried out the attack well before it happened. So now we’re stuck funding a bloated agency that hires people without a high school diploma to yell at me to take off my shoes, all because another agency failed to do its job.

If that’s what we call better to have, then we’ve really lowered the bar.

When we flew to Seattle from Nashville, we had no issues getting through TSA. They were polite and courteous and they kept the line moving without sacrificing safety. Coming back, they had a completely different set of standards as to what could be in the bag and what needed to be scanned separately. They made me take my CPAP machine out of my carryon and rescan the whole thing individually from my other items. I didn't care about that so much, it is just the lack of consistency from one check point to the next. One airport does it this way and the next does it entirely different. Just pick a standard and roll with it.

We only fly once in a blue moon. Never felt it worth the effort. Really just wish the government agency would get it's stuff together, but I know that the chances of that are better than Andy winning a NC in any sport than that actually happening.

Airport security is one place where I would gladly welcome AI.

Just have everyone walk through large scanners and let AI instantly scan/flag anything suspicious. Then those people can be subject to further security measures if needed. Guarantee it would be more accurate than actual TSA employees pretending to look at every X-ray and a hell of a lot more efficient.

Man the WR room is scary. 7 scholarship guys with very little production/experience. 3 are true freshman with one only getting to campus over the summer. Matthews and Brazzell are already missing time and AP said Jefferson won’t be a factor.

Lots of two tight end sets coming this year. Maybe not a popular opinion, but that position has been mismanaged for this year imo.
