I'm skeptical there will be one trillionaire, let alone 5. Musk isn't even halfway there yet, and that was before twitter's value tanked.I start by saying, I am all for anyone making as much money as they possibly can, no matter how much that amount may grow to be...especially if they are (in short) good at heart, work very hard, and take care of many. If someone can become a billionaire, my hat is off to you. And, I say this as the very definition of blue-collar. I built oil and gas pipelines for 20 years all over this country, as a member of Local 2 Sewer & Tunnel Minors Union, Chicagoland.
I've always lived by what my mom says...she being a woman who has education and nursing degrees, and has spent 45 years of her life either teaching kids or helping the sick. She always said, "Never had a job, that a poor man gave me". So, Im all about getting what you can get...especially, as i said, you work hard to get it.
But, this is not my commentary on money, class, economics, politics...none of that. I say all of that to say this...
Heard the other day on a podcast; and, I will also state, i have no idea if any of this is true, but...
Within a decade, there will be 5 trillionaires. With a trillion dollars, you could buy:
Every single NFL franchise, NBA franchise, every MLB and NHL franchise...3 times. Leaving you with enough money to buy Ford, GM, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell.
After all of that, you'd still be worth $10 BILLION.
Most people can't wrap their minds around $1 Billion. A trillion?? No one can compute that...more than likely, even the trillionaires themselves.
That's insane.
All he needs to do is bet it all on the Vols 1st qtr over + Vols ML and poof, trillionaire.I'm skeptical there will be one trillionaire, let alone 5. Musk isn't even halfway there yet, and that was before twitter's value tanked.
That is a pretty cool way to describe a trillion dollars' buying power though.
All these people applauded Tennessee for how they handled it and now they are the first ones to try and tear UT down. The CFB media is awful just like MLB mediaI’m not surprised this narrative is starting, and it is bad for college football
If Tennessee goes 8-4, a respectable season in the circumstances, but misses the playoffs while Nico has a nice year for UCLA, this narrative will go stronger, basically suggesting every coach and program should give in to whatever crazy demands their star players make of them
Nico deserved to be kicked off the team and I back Heupel 100% irrespective of our record
Too long didn’t read. Too busy trying to become a millionaire to worry about the billionaires and trillionaires and what they do with their money.I start by saying, I am all for anyone making as much money as they possibly can, no matter how much that amount may grow to be...especially if they are (in short) good at heart, work very hard, and take care of many.
