Somebody’s gonna be cutting a deal.

They do this in Charlotte too. Black teens in the city. Groups ranging from a dozen to close to 100...same thing in Baltimore etc. Its mostly harmless IMO but obviously still quite illegal to ride ATVs and dirtbikes on city streets.

The vast majority of these kids arent even legal driving age...so they definitely dont have a truck or trailer to even transport their dirtbike or 4 wheeler to somewhere they COULD drive it legally...if you're a cop driving thru the hood and see dirtbikes in front yards etc its quite obvious they are riding them illegally on city streets to get there. Cops just don't have time to deal with crap like this that isnt a priority to them in a big city. Theres enough drug dealing, shootings, prostitution, robberies etc to keep them busy and they don't care enough to try and stop these kids. Just like the " street takeovers" that happen in Charlotte too...the cops might corner or chase 1 or 2 of the 50 cars involved. Those 2 guys are screwed because they will seize their vehicles. The other 48 cars/bikes involved will get away.

I have mentioned it a couple times on here, but in Charlotte the passing (left) lane on the interstates move at 20mph over the limit day or night. Sometimes get passed by people racing running 100mph plus. Regularly. People just don't give a damn about speeding tickets anymore and they know the cops cant pull everyone over so they play the odds that they will be the poor bastard in hundreds that actually does get yanked by a Trooper. Charlotte PD cops are NOT allowed to chase drivers in city limits unless they committed a violent crime and fled OR pose a great risk to the public and have committed a felony. There was a CMPD chase that ended badly years back where innocent people were killed in a wreck due to the chase. The city got sued for millions and changed their policy. Cops arent chasing you for speeding...but they can get your tag number and charge you that way. State troopers can and WILL chase you though and they live for that crap 😆. They hope you do run so they can chase you.

‘If You’re 14, 15, 16 or 17 Years Old, You Get Coddled’: D.C. U.S. Attorney Pirro Calls for Lowering Age of Responsibility to 14

Wednesday on FNC’s “The Ingraham Angle,” U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro, a former Fox News host, reacted to the beating of former Department of Government Efficiency employee Edward Coristine, also known as “Big Balls,” in Washington, D.C. on Sunday.

Pirro told host Laura Ingraham that one of the biggest obstacles she is confronted with is her ability to charge suspects, given their young age.

She called for lowering the age of responsibility to 14 so she could prosecute some underage suspects.
