This decision is going to put a major dent in liberals' lawfare plans to grind everything to a halt by having their activist judges issue nationwide injunctions against everything the administration does.
They will still make the same rulings just adjusting the verbiage to pretend to follow the court’s guidance. They will never give up power voluntarily. The district court judges are drunk on it.

It makes sense, you basically have some local or regional judge acting as the supreme court.

Trump needs to keep fighting, the senate needs to start confirm constitutional judges

They need to define exactly who CAN put a national halt to *unconstitutional Presidential decrees/actions.

* I'm not saying trump has necessarily been unconstitutional, but this will apply to all presidents now.
 
So is the Federal government giving Medicaid to the state to distribute? This one is a little confusing as Medicaid is a Federal program, not a state program.
I thought that was Medicare and Medicaid was state...cuz I have Medicare for my cKD but couldn't qualify on MI or Medicaid but qualified in TN for Medicaid

Not too often you see the SC act so decisively on the side of the Constitution and also doing what's best for the country.
Trump gave the conservative justices unconditional immunity from whatever it was they were being blackmailed for. That's the only reasonable and rational explanation.

Ketanji Brown is an absolute joke as a Supreme Court Justice, and her colleagues apparently have grown tired of pretending otherwise.

Diversity is our strength. Just look no further than all the corrupt and incompetent dei mayors, judges, and representatives indicted and/or removed from their positions
