Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Bad beer was the norm in the US for so long, it isn't really surprising that foreign companies trying to tap the US market had some bland and uninteresting beers. Bless the rise of microbrews for saving us from tasteless Pilsners with no personality.
Havent had a drop in 6-8 months.

Vanilla cream ale, Saisons, Hazy IPA's, Russian Imperial Stouts. 🙄 Watermelon Wheats, Red Devil's, all of them...😩

I drink very little any more. I enjoy it, I just don't need the calories. I do on occasion avail myself of Aubrey's Monday burger and beer special though.

Had a funeral a few weeks ago for a family member in Wisconsin. I grew up there. Every occasion is the occasion to drink beer and it’s mostly pilsners or lagers. My liver is still recovering. Wisconsin is the drunkest state in the union.

We're officially in the sports doldrums of summer. No basketball, no college baseball, no hockey, not even UFL. 2 more months of only tedious MLB until football starts.
We need @BigSteve09 to declare a Summer of the Vols! We’ll find or invent the reasons afterward.

Anyone seen @bullet20 lately?

That boat wasnt going 102 mph.

102 KPH is 63.38 MPH. Which on a lake is ****ing flying. Bass boats are dangerous, esp if you dont know how to drive a boat.

There's got to be a catch there. No way someone walks away from a 63 mph boat crash, and gently dips into the water.

You ok? Cmon. He moves his hand to disengage the motor, and looks like when boat starts rolling he has cut in video of a kayak or something. Total BS.

Winter + Lutherans & Catholics

There are some lovely pils and lagers. They just weren't in the US until 20-30 years ago. Now a good German pils or lager? Yes please. Make mine a large.
