What are you even arguing Nash? The disparity doesn't have to involve championships or records to be relevant. In fact it's intellectually disingenuous to try to apply that criteria to the issue. A "decent" male (measured by comparison to other males) is, at worst, a legitimate female competitor.
Look, the women's 100 meter dash was set by FloJo (actually there's wind controversy even with this time) of 10.49. That has stood since 1988. That time gets it's doors blown off every year by high school boys. Last year the boys #10 time was a 10.28. If any genuinely good male decided to swap sides FloJo's record wouldn't just get beat but smashed. And that's the difference. The ONLY thing keeping males from simply running away with the competition is entirely predicated on the quality of the males doing gender swaps and the opportunity (or lack thereof) to compete. As it is males of moderate (or even mediocre) ability for their biological gender are beating out females (championships or not) when afforded the opportunity. It's absurd.
