It's a sad story. The man should have applied for citizenship as he battled ptsd and drug addictions.

For me, he is the type of illegal immigrant that should be low priority. But our government has a stupid zero tolerance policy when it comes to drug crimes.

Well said. I'm not sure why he wouldn't have applied for naturalization if he had the option.

Congressman Calls on Noem, Dr. Oz with plan to 'swiftly remove' 1.4 Million illegal Migrants On Medicaid

The Congressional Budget Office states that roughly 1.4 Million illegal migrants receive taxpayer-funded Medicaid

Wesley Hunt, R-Texas, sent letters to two key agency heads with a plan to "swiftly" remove roughly 1.4 million illegal immigrants currently receiving Medicaid in the US.

"While Democrats in Congress continue to peddle falsehoods and fear-mongering over so-called ‘Medicaid cuts,’ they conveniently ignore a staggering truth: over 1.4 million illegal aliens are receiving Medicaid benefits, an unsustainable burden on the American taxpayer," Hunt told Fox News Digital.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz were both recipients of Rep. Hunt’s letter this week, which proposed a task force to "identify" and remove the illegal migrants on Medicaid.

The Texas Congressman’s comments come as President Donald Trump’s "One Big Beautiful Bill," which includes a provision stripping illegal migrants from taxpayer-funded healthcare, faces last-minute changes in the Senate.

On Thursday, the Senate Parliamentarian moved to strike out current language in the legislation that would exclude illegal immigrants from Medicaid eligibility, but sources close to negotiations tell Fox News Digital that those portions of the bill are actively being re-drafted in an attempt to ensure they are included in the final draft of the bill.

Mexican Government Rushes to Defend Cartel-Connected Banks Targeted for Sanctions by U.S. Treasury Department

Mexico’s government is rushing to the aid of two Mexican-based banks and a brokerage firm that the U.S. Department of the Treasury accused of working with various cartels to launder money or helping them move money to China to pay for fentanyl precursors. Mexican officials questioned the validity of the Treasury Department’s sanctions, stating that the claims lack sufficient evidence to support the allegations.

In a prepared statement issued this week, Mexico’s Secretariat of Treasury and Public Credit (SHCP) claimed that as soon as the U.S. Treasury notified them of the actions against the three Mexican financial institutions, they requested proof of such actions. Mexican officials claimed in their statement that they had found no evidence of criminal action by the financial institutions, despite allegations brought forth by U.S. authorities.

Moment Border Patrol use huge Explosion to Blast their way into House with woman and two children

A California mother-of-two was left in tears after Border Patrol agents used a massive explosion to blow down her front door during a terrifying early-morning raid caught on camera.

The shocking scene unfolded in Huntington Park, Los Angeles, where Jenny Ramirez and her two young children, ages one and six, were jolted awake by a deafening blast before a dozen armed agents in full tactical gear stormed the home.

Surveillance footage obtained by NBC Los Angeles shows agents planting an explosive device on the door before detonating it - shattering a window and sending shockwaves through the quiet neighborhood.

Moments later, around a dozen federal agents charged toward the house with weapons drawn.

Inside were Ramirez, her boyfriend Jorge Sierra-Hernandez, and their two children. Speaking through tears, Ramirez told NBC it was one of the loudest explosions she'd ever heard.

Ramirez said she was given no warning about the raid and insisted that everyone in the home is a U.S. citizen.

According to Ramirez, the agents said they were searching for her boyfriend, who she claims was recently involved in an accidental collision with a truck carrying federal officers.

A spokesperson for Customs and Border Protection said Sierra-Hernandez was arrested for allegedly ramming a CBP vehicle, 'causing significant damage,' and obstructing law enforcement efforts.

They added that agents were 'assaulted' during the incident, and that 'additional rioters threw rocks and other objects at our personnel.'

The explosive raid comes amid an aggressive ramp-up in federal immigration enforcement across Southern California.
