the radiation poisoning I would guess is worse experience than the deaths due to fire bombings, but more people died in a single fire bombing mission than from either Hiroshima and Nagasaki.I'm sure the Japanese in Hiroshima and Nagasaki aren't thankful.
You need to stop being so selfish and think about other human beings for once.
Well then let's MIGA. Help Israel kill the ayatollahs and let the chips fall. Proof will be in the pudding as the old saying goes. They definitely want democracy.
Even big time conventional strategic warfare had become really destructive. Operation Meetinghouse on Tokyo put up atomic level numbers. Hiroshima/Nagasaki did 2 very important things, they ended that war and signaled the effective end of total war as we knew it then. As a generic term "war" wasn't going anywhere but the ability to pack a giant air raid into a single bomber (and later missile) changed the context. You can't militarily "win" on the big stage, only take them with you.I am thinking of other humans. The bombings of Nagasaki and Hiroshima probably saved millions of lives maybe billions.
It's not our job nor in American interests to be caught helping Israel kill world leaders. Giving intel help and not getting caught, I'm good with that.Well then let's MIGA. Help Israel kill the ayatollahs and let the chips fall. Proof will be in the pudding as the old saying goes.
My opinion is that if Trump is involved, the Marxists will be flying I stand with Iran banners. The irony there would be absolutely delicious.
its one of those stories on the internet that hasn't been proven either way, but during WW2 the germans built fake airfields and wood planes to mimic the real thing. allegedly the brits learned about these wood planes, and dropped wooden bombs on them. This illustrates the level of common sense over there. Fly by and rock the wings. That'll show em.
They should just drop bombs made of tissue paper in perpetuity.
Donald Trump is obviously pissed because he wanted to go to the NATO summit and state his case for a Nobel Peace Prize and now that's problematic.
I get it. He's personally pissed off because he had a legit shot at making a case for himself, and may still have one, but every bomb that falls between Israel and Iran now scuffs his personal dream.
Beyond that, he did great serving American interests by bombing Iran's nuclear facilities and has shown great military restraint not going past that point.
I wish he was less self absorbed sometimes, a little more selfless in serving the country, but Presidents are narcissists almost by default. The last truly selfless President was probably Carter and he was a great guy but just bad at the job, particularly when it came to Iran.
Patton's Operation Overlord assignment:its one of those stories on the internet that hasn't been proven either way, but during WW2 the germans built fake airfields and wood planes to mimic the real thing. allegedly the brits learned about these wood planes, and dropped wooden bombs on them.
not really relevant, but I was reminded of it.
