Cam supposedly told Zane to “suck my d*** you little bitch” is what one of my Clemson buddies said made the rounds on their boards after that game. If so, that’s worthy of an ejection as are a lot of things said these days, by us and others.

I agree with about everything you say on here but that ejection was about as soft as it gets. Maybe he should have walked away but ump needs to know the gravity of the situation.

No way HC should have gotten ejected that quickly. Rabbit ears Campos is notorious for having thin skin and a quick trigger. The bigger the game, the less quick the trigger should be. I saw a screen shot of one of the called strikes on CC and it was about 6 inches inside.

I’m not saying it’s right but you should know when that one says stay off field to stay off. Part of scouting is to scout umpires also.

Unfortunately, I feel like this game is over. What a way to end for Coastal. Hate how this game has come about, but LSU is rolling and Coastal has just had the wind sucked out of them.
