Yeah, someone years ago in DOD gave lecture about it (regarding North Korea) and was peddling missile defense shield. He was in W Bush administration. It is a real threat and would be more effective way to hurt USA than hitting individual cities. Biggest issue would be food shortages resulting from refrigeration going down.

Then, after saying Russia has the "best forces," you explain away the early losses by saying Ukraine had "Western trained troops" then. Well, if Russian troops are the best, why'd they have such issues with those troops.
