Recruiting Football Talk VIII

If you ask me how much I will charge to build something for you, like a separate 2-car garage, and we agree on $75k+/-. . . when the job is finished, the customer doesn't own the left-over materials or do you think they do? The agreement was for a completed 2 car garage, contractor supplies everything from start to finish.
IMO.... The contractor keeps left over materials, if he supplied everything. If you supplied the materials, then you'd keep them.

*This is what you call "low bid"......

That's how we've always done it. Just wondered if I'm going crazy or something, 😂

As much time as you spend on VN, I've thought through the years you were either unemployed, a robot, or on Freak's payroll. Anytime you've posted about work, I thought you were trolling us. 🤣

(Some of the questions and scenarios you post, have made me think like that. My apologies for "mislabling" you. Get 'er dun!)

Nope. You owe them a finished product. Nothing else.

Karen Weakley not happy.

Looks like Texas Tech may have inked an NIL deal with star 3rd baseman Taylor Pannell while they were In Omaha. Coach tweeted about tampering and teams signing deals with players before the season was over.
The SB forum had the rumor about Pannell to TT before they finished their season, and there is speculation TT reached out indirectly to her maybe a couple of months ago.

I've owned a construction company in Knoxville for nearly 25 years. It's why I'm always broke.
