Long time ago they were up river several miles from where I last went. I don’t think it is still open. Lot’s of rumors when the original site burned down. Used to go up there with some football players. He loved UT football and fed us all really well.

If you ask me how much I will charge to build something for you, like a separate 2-car garage, and we agree on $75k+/-. . . when the job is finished, the customer doesn't own the left-over materials or do you think they do? The agreement was for a completed 2 car garage, contractor supplies everything from start to finish.

Have you read the article about the softball travel team coach in Texas who is helping TT buy all these softball players? It's wild and has been substantiated by a number of parents who said the guy has been contacting players as early as March/April about transferring to TT when their season is over. Big bucks are in play for these girls and TT has already got 6 or 7 of the best players in the country from the portal.

This has the earmarks of tampering all over it and it could get really interesting for TT.

NCAA is not enforcing tampering. I was talking to a friend who is a college coach and NCAA has basically stopped enforcing everything. He told me in January that Texas Tech was going to start out spending everyone in all sports.

The NCAA wanted their power back and doubled. Everything thing they did and did not do was intentionally to make matters worse, and meantime to have the media toadies rile up fans to as much distress as possible.
