I hope the Title IX lawsuit doesn’t succeed in shafting baseball like it always has done, especially before so-called “Wild West” NIL made it possible to backdoor remedy some of its damage to baseball. It’s unjust. Football or DW was never the problem but rather both the breadwinner — and the scapegoat.

They're gonna force football, baseball and basketball to separate from the University and become their own entity.

It would not take TV 3-4 years. That’s how long it took here taking over a disaster of a program.

Better program doesn’t mean he can’t win equally at both. Just that ARK has a better baseball fanbase and way better facilities. I don’t even know if they would be willing to pay TV what he makes here. And I don’t think TV leaves. But ARK currently is a better overall program. Give it 5-10 more years of TV consistently winning and that can flip.

Tony isn’t going anywhere. He gets whatever he wants and he will win another Natty in the next few years.

They have a better history, better baseball fanbase, better facilities.

We have better most recent history, not long term sustained success (only bc TV hasn’t been here long enough yet). And we have better AD. As I’ve said I think it can flip in another few years as long as TV is around.

Agree TV isn’t going anywhere.

Agree on AD. Somewhat agree on facilities - we are way behind in baseball as of now and even the upgrades might not match what ARK currently has. Disagree on fanbase. Not sure I agree nor disagree on overall potential for baseball. Drop TV into ARK job and he’s doing the same thing he’s doing here.

There's nothing left to "assess"--he has a long record of defrauding business owners and landlords. An inveterate criminal.

I don't care if he's an addict or not, his criminal record speaks for itself. This recent movement to excuse a person's terrible actions or behavior because they are an addict or just have a sad is so ridiculous. Personal accountability matters.

Also, I've known a few people who had trouble paying their medical bills, but none resorted to crime. To suggest medical debt is a free pass to defraud others is scummy in itself.
