I don't know that they fully know what happened, but last I read it appears to be some sort of combination of the driver possibly being on drugs, somehow accessing a road that should have been closed off to begin with, and road rage followed by panic when the crowd started attacking his car. It doesn't look like it was premeditated, and thank goodness nobody was killed. It could have been so much worse.Tragic man. Did they ever find out what his motivation was for doing that? I don’t watch the news very often and this is the closest thing to social media that I have.
I’m glad that no one died. That video looked awful. I thought for sure he killed someone.I don't know that they fully know what happened, but last I read it appears to be some sort of combination of the driver possibly being on drugs, somehow accessing a road that should have been closed off to begin with, and road rage followed by panic when the crowd started attacking his car. I get the rationale for letting him go but it’s more about changing the culture at the club than immediately winning another trophy for me. The hierarchy at Tottenham is more concerned with making money than anything that happens on the pitch and it’s been that way for years.Spurs had such a bizarre season that I still understand the firing. Most losses by a team that wasn't relegated.
If they kept him on and started slow next season he'd be gone 4-5 games in, like of like what Man United did to ten Hag last year.
