I was furloughed shortly after COVID .... and later offered a position at a branch on Chapman Highway, which does much less business volume than the branch that I had worked at on Kingston Pike for over 10 years. I declined.

Donald Trump has spent a great deal of time discussing the ancestry of various Democrats. That's a fact. For the most part, the right-wingers on here have eaten up every bit of it.

Children in this country aren’t starving. Our seniors aren’t denied healthcare.

And the money of millionaires is their own, you oddly seem to feel it belongs to you.

If you truly care about the debt you wouldn’t be upset about the government not feeding children around the world.

Except that this is fake news. Elizabeth Warren had bloodwork confirming no connection to Native Americans.

This article just says they weren’t able to trace his family back to Ireland.

And the article isn’t from Reuters nor from the journalist listed in the screenshot huff graciously provided.

The basic fact though is that Vance is a name of both Scottish and Irish origin. So the most likely answer is that he is of the descent of one or most likely both.

Our seniors will be denied health care with passage of the big beautiful bill

You’re making things up again. Be specific. What element of the bill ends Medicare? If it doesn’t end Medicare, what specific care will it not cover?

As for the other, your money is yours. Do with it as you wish. If you wish to feed the children of the world, call Sally Strouthers right now and do it. But don’t pretend to care about the deficit, while simultaneously complaining that we aren’t feeding the children of the planet.

Different website and different author than the one posted. I do hope he releases DNA and then openly mocks everyone involved here. Appalachia is known for being the home of Scots/Irish and the name Vancé is known to be of Irish origins.

Very unpopular opinion. People 65+ are not a demographic I have a ton of empathy for. You’ve had decades to save and plan. Many have done none of that.

I’m also not convinced 65 is some magical age at which the body breaks down and you should simply get to be a ward of the state (or your former employer) until you die.

Unless you’ve destroyed your body (diabetes, HTN, smoking, morbid obesity, etc) nearly everyone should be capable of working well
beyond 65.

I do have slightly more empathy the further back you go (people retiring in 1960 would’ve understood less about health consequences and less about the need to save). Given how acceptable such information is now, I’ll have less empathy for future generations of 65+

If you are able to read, you know the bill does exactly that.

As for your money if you're wishing to kill off innocents, quit supporting runaway defense spending and make your contributions directly to the taliban. As for me I would try gaining good will thru food and health programs.BTW where do you think the give away grain is produced?
