I think of it as if they threw in the SEC what would their ERA be or if Doyle or Phillips threw against their schedule what would their ERA be. These non-SEC teams stats can be a little misleading and our stats can as well with the schedule we played.

I think if this team gets 60-80 quality pitches out of both Russell and Ardvison like they did in the tournament they are going to be a tough out no matter who we face.

WKU beat UK, blew a lead in the 10th to Vandy and lost close to UofL. They also went on the road and beat DBU 2/3.

I’m tired of the committee trying to limit the # of SEC teams in Omaha. If the only way you can get other conferences in is to make 1 conference knock themselves out then get better. Collegiate sports are turning into a model of socialism. If the other conferences aren’t investing in their sports then eff em. The conference shouldn’t be punished by manipulating rankings/seedings in order to give everyone else a chance.
